What Our Workmanship Warranty Covers

Our workmanship warranty includes:

• Electrical installation work carried out by MEK Electrical Services Ltd
• Faults that occur as a direct result of installation workmanship
• Inspection and corrective labour required to resolve workmanship-related issues
• Work carried out in accordance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and UK electrical safety standards

If a fault occurs within the 12-month warranty period due to our workmanship, we will:

• Inspect the installation
• Identify the cause of the issue
• Carry out the necessary corrective work at no additional labour cost

What Is Not Covered

Please note that this warranty applies to workmanship only and does not cover:

• Electrical materials, products, or equipment
• Manufacturer defects or product failures
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
• Lack of maintenance
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs carried out by third parties after the installation

Electrical Materials & Equipment

Any faults related to electrical materials, products, or equipment supplied or installed as part of the project are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product supplier.

All electrical work carried out by MEK Electrical Services Ltd is completed in accordance with:
